Terms and Conditions

Dead Weed provides residential lawn care, weed control, fertilization, and seasonal lawn and pest services within our service areas. Service availability, pricing, timing, and add-ons vary by location, property condition, lawn size, and the program selected.

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after we assess your property. Prices, offers, and discounts are subject to change and may require purchase of a qualifying plan. Some offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas to be serviced, including unlocking gates and securing pets. We may reschedule services due to weather, safety, or conditions outside our control. If we cannot access your property at a scheduled visit, additional charges may apply.

Payment is due as set out in your quote, invoice, or program agreement. Late or unpaid amounts may result in suspension of service and may be subject to interest or collection costs as permitted by law.

You may cancel a scheduled service or recurring program by contacting us using the details below. Cancellations made with insufficient notice, or after work has begun, may be subject to charges for work performed.

Any guarantee applies only to active program customers and as described in your program materials. If your property needs attention between scheduled visits, contact us and we will review your service history and next available options.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dead Weed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us as described in our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms and Conditions.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the Dead Weed name, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
