TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dead Weed website and the services provided by Dead Weed Inc. (“Dead Weed,” “we,” “us”). By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services: Dead Weed provides residential lawn care, weed control, fertilization, and seasonal lawn and pest services within our service areas. Service availability, pricing, timing, and add-ons vary by location, property condition, lawn size, and the program selected.

2. Quotes and pricing: Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after we assess your property. Prices, offers, and discounts are subject to change and may require purchase of a qualifying plan. Some offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

3. Scheduling and property access: You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas to be serviced, including unlocking gates and securing pets. We may reschedule due to weather, safety, or conditions outside our control. If we cannot access the property, additional charges may apply.

4. Payment: Payment is due as set out in your quote, invoice, or program agreement. Late or unpaid amounts may result in suspension and may be subject to interest or collection costs as permitted by law.

5. Cancellation: You may cancel a scheduled service or recurring program by contacting us. Insufficient notice, or cancellation after work begins, may result in charges for work performed.

6. Service guarantee: Any guarantee applies only to active program customers and as described in program materials. Contact us between visits and we will review the service history and next available options.

7. Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dead Weed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for a service claim is limited to the amount paid for that service. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Communications: By providing contact information, you consent to communications as described in our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms and Conditions.

9. Intellectual property: Website content, graphics, logos, and the Dead Weed name are owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without written permission.

10. Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
