Grass up here gets a few months to grow. Feed it inside that window and it thickens fast. Feed it whenever you happen to pick up a bag and most of it does nothing. We come back through the season so the lawn gets fed while it can still use it, and we spray the weeds on the same visit.

What does it cost?
Price comes off the size of your lawn. Put your address in and you'll see the number on screen — no phone call, no sales visit. Feeding is part of the season plan, and there's no contract.
Do I still have to water it?
Yes. Fertilizer needs water to get down to the roots. Water deep a couple of times a week in a dry stretch instead of a little bit every day.
Will it burn my lawn?
No. We put down the rate your measured lawn calls for, not whatever's left in the bag. Burn comes from over-applying by hand.
Is it safe for the kids and the dog?
Keep them off until you've watered it in and the grass is dry. After that, use the lawn like normal.
Can I just do one feeding?
You can, and it'll green up. It won't thicken much — that takes feeding through the season. We'll do it either way.
