These SMS Terms govern text communications between you and Dead Weed Inc. Our messaging program is operated under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and applicable CRTC rules.

1. Program: When you provide a mobile number, Dead Weed may send transactional messages about quotes, appointments, accounts, and services and, where consented, promotional offers and seasonal reminders.

2. Consent: By providing your number, you consent to messages at that number, including automated messages. Marketing-text consent is not a condition of purchase. You confirm that you control or are authorized to consent for the number.

3. Frequency and cost: Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Dead Weed is not responsible for carrier charges.

4. STOP and HELP: Reply STOP to opt out. One confirmation may follow, then marketing texts will stop. Necessary transactional messages may continue. Reply HELP or contact 250-793-9031 or info@deadweed.ca.

5. Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

6. Privacy: Information is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell mobile information or share it for third-party marketing.
