SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms govern text message communications between you and Dead Weed Inc.(“Dead Weed”). Our messaging program is operated in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and applicable CRTC rules.
1. Program description
When you provide your mobile number, Dead Weed may send you text messages relating to your quote, appointments, account, and services (transactional messages), and - where you have consented - promotional offers and seasonal reminders (marketing messages).
2. Consent
By providing your mobile phone number to Dead Weed, you consent to receive text messages from us at that number, including messages sent using an automated system. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You confirm that you are the account holder or have authority to consent for the number provided.
3. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Dead Weed is not responsible for charges from your carrier.
4. Opting out (STOP) and help (HELP)
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you opt out, you may receive a single confirmation message and we will stop sending marketing texts. You may still receive transactional messages necessary to provide a service you have requested.

5. Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
6. Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing purposes.
