Stop marketing text messages
Reply STOP to any text message from us, or contact us directly. See our SMS Terms and Conditions for details.
Stop marketing emails
Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or email us at info@deadweed.cawith the subject “Unsubscribe.”
Stop marketing phone calls
Let us know during any call, or contact us at +1 431-430-3983 to be removed from our marketing call list.
Access, correct, or delete your information
Under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's PIPEDA, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request its deletion (subject to legal and contractual limits). To make a request, email our Privacy Officer at privacy@deadweed.ca.
A note on essential messages
Even after opting out of marketing, you may still receive transactional messages required to deliver a service you have requested - such as appointment confirmations, service notices, and billing.
